• Full-time, rotating shifts (3x12 nights, including 7A-730P and 7P-730A)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to neonates and their families in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective care, including respiratory, nutritional, and surgical support.
• Maintain clinical documentation using electronic health records (EPIC).
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including coverage for various acuity levels.
• Support and monitor premature and critically ill neonates with complex medical needs, including ECMO and CRRT.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience, preferably in a Level IV NICU; Level III NICU experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and NRPN certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or Level IV NICU preferred.
• Ability to float within scope and adapt to changing patient acuity levels.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Details

• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period, holiday rotation included.
• Floating required within scope; RTO requests should be provided at time of submission.
• Guaranteed hours; some shifts may be canceled or called off.
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius considered, with adjustments to compensation.
