Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to neonates and families in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patients with diagnoses including prematurity, respiratory distress, and surgical conditions.
• Support complex medical interventions such as ECMO/CRRT and surgical care.
• Assist with neonatal assessment, monitoring, and overall patient stabilization within a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level IV NICU.
• BLS and NRPL certifications.
• South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact license.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level III NICU will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with some flexibility for block scheduling.
• Willingness to float across different units as needed.
