Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts (1845 to 0715), scheduled for 36 hours per week following orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical, surgical acute, and cardiovascular units
- Float between various units to support staffing needs as required
- Utilize medical equipment such as Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes
- Maintain professional nursing standards and comprehensive documentation of patient care
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols, including wound care and cardiovascular procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- 2+ years of nursing experience required
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC are a plus)
- Ability to float across multiple units, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical, cardiovascular, or stepdown units
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and clinical equipment such as wound vacs and chest tubes
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
