Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a critical access hospital setting.
• Float between units, including Providence Mount Carmel and Providence St. Joseph's Hospital, as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license or credentials in the state of Washington.
• Proven experience with adult and pediatric respiratory care.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a critical access or rural hospital.
• Ability to manage multiple units and patient acuity levels.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
