Registered Nurse Rehabilitation
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Travel, Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to rehabilitation patients in a post-acute setting
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform clinical duties such as blood draws, IV medications, blood administration, and head-to-toe assessments
• Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation programs
• Utilize equipment such as patient lifts, glucometers, and administer inhalers/breathing treatments
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
Required Qualifications
• Valid and active RN license
• BLS certification
• IV certified (LPN applicants must be IV certified)
• Read telemetry experience or certification
• Willing to travel for assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
• CRRN certification or working towards it
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience with Meditech EMR system
• Experience with rehab care in a multidisciplinary team environment
