Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Active license verification required upon submission.
• Ability to complete a prescreen interview and provide necessary documentation.
• Resume and references must be submitted with application.
• Willingness to work days, with availability for a full-time schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours of assignment.
