Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Emergency Behavioral Health unit for psychiatric patients.
- Monitor patients' mental and physical health status, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Respond to acute behavioral health crises with appropriate intervention.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Must have prior experience working in behavioral health or psychiatric units.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) certification required prior to submission.
- Blue Card CPR certification required prior to submission.
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in emergency psychiatric settings.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
