Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and emotional support to terminally ill patients in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Educate patients and families on disease management and comfort measures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all care activities accurately and promptly
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license
- Experience in both Home Health and Hospice settings
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to end-of-life care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
