Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Float between units as needed, covering various departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure patient care complies with hospital policies and protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment records.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques applicable to diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similar facility.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teamwork.
