Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Follow all compliance, safety, and privacy guidelines.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably PCC.
• IV Certification (or IV-C) preferred for LPNs.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with common diagnoses and patient care types encountered in LTC/SNF environments.
