Key Responsibilities
• Implement physical therapy programs developed by licensed physical therapists to improve patient quality of life following injury, illness, or loss of a body part
• Adapt treatment activities to accommodate patients’ age, gender, cultural background, and educational needs
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Support and educate patients to facilitate their understanding and active participation in therapy
• Maintain compassionate and empathetic interactions with patients and their families
• Follow all safety and professional standards to ensure high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy assisting program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Montana
• Friendly and empathetic personality with sound judgment and professional integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting (optional)
• Knowledge of diverse patient populations and cultural sensitivities
