Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Mids shifts, on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Assist geriatric residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks in collaboration with other PCTs and staff.
• Participate in resident orientation and onboarding processes.
• Provide input for care and service plans to ensure quality resident care.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents in a Long Term Care / Assisted Living setting.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors.
• BCLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts without additional restrictions.
• Experience with charting systems preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• QuickMAR experience a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a block schedule and accommodate work on weekends.
