Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Utilize electronic documentation systems to record patient progress and treatment details.
• Manage a patient caseload with productivity expectations of one patient every half hour, including evaluations.
• Perform post-operative and chronic care treatments for conditions such as spinal surgeries, joint replacements, and neurological disorders.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Participate in weekend rotation as required, with two weekend days per month.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work in outpatient clinics, acute care, rehabilitation hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with dealing with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
• Knowledge of body mechanics, assessment, and treatment of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records like Meditech.
