Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) suite.
- Respond to on-call needs with a 30-minute response time, including participating in call shifts and weekend coverage.
- Support patient procedures, monitor patient status, and document using Epic electronic health record system.
- Float between units as needed based on departmental requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of California.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting preferred.
- Ability to respond promptly to on-call requests.
- Willingness to work 4 weekend shifts per contract.
- Must include RTO restrictions at time of submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic charting system.
- Experience working in a beachside acute care hospital.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
