Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans in skilled nursing facilities.
• Support patient rehabilitation by implementing therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Document patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines for patient care and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state of Nevada.
• Ability to pass a COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before commencement.
• CPR certification (Fundamental Facilities and Haven Facilities in person).
• Completion of 8 hours of dementia care training.
• Physical ability to perform therapy-related tasks and support patient mobility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Experience with Rehab Optima software is a plus.
