Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Adhere to all facility policies and state regulations.
• Complete all credentialing and compliance checks prior to start.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background and credentialing process.
• Must submit a recent COVID-19 test result (within 72 hours prior to start).
• Must have completed at least 8 hours of dementia training.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Experience with Rehab Optima software is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
