Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients across the hospital.
• Perform newborn intubations and assist with neonatal resuscitation procedures.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies as needed.
• Support clinical teams with critical respiratory care and emergency procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Minimum of 1 year of RRT experience.
• Experience with newborn intubation is required.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Comfort in providing respiratory care for adults, pediatrics, and newborns.
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
