Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from non-critical to emergent cases, within the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Assist in managing emergency and urgent mental health cases, ensuring safety and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond effectively to critical cardiac and trauma situations, including pediatric cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
