Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night Shift, 12-Hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Administer medications, IV starts, and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize hospital systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for documentation and medication management.
• Follow unit protocols and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
• Work within patient ratios of approximately 1:6 or 1:7, adjusting during high census or critical staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
• Valid RN licensure.
• Ability to pass EKG testing prior to start.
• Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers are not accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certifications such as ACLS and NIHSS highly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry environment.
• Comfortable working with hospital systems like EPIC and Pyxis.
