Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift, 3 rotating 12-hour shifts (11:00 PM – 11:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, providing timely interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent labor and delivery nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid Ohio license or compact state license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a high-acuity labor and delivery environment.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
