- Rotating shifts / 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis treatments for chronic renal patients in a community setting.
- Float to additional facilities as needed, including St. Albans and Berlin.
- Flexibility to work various shifts (8/9/10/12 hours) as required.
- Work scheduled Saturdays; no call responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and treatment protocols for ESRD patients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and compliant treatment environment.
Required Qualifications
- AHA BLS certification.
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).
- Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience, including at least 1 year outpatient experience.
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within the past 2 years).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel dialysis experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with chronic renal patients on ESRD treatment.
- Reliable transportation, with personal or rental vehicle recommended, properly equipped for winter conditions.
