Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in vital signs or medical needs
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols and physician orders
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel assignments
- Valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to work night shift with a flexible schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in acute care hospital environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings
