Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Support patients in exercises and mobility activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Ability to pass a background check, including criminal and sex offender searches.
• Covid-19 testing completed within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before start.
• Prescreening, resume, and license verification documents must be attached at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Prior experience assisting in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
