Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed during therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license for the state of Oregon.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Covid-19 testing completed within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Prescreen application, resume, and license verification must be submitted with application.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
