Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, focusing on enhancing functional independence.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all credentials and documentation are verified and up-to-date prior to start.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must pass a background check including criminal, SSN trace, and other relevant screenings.
• Ability to provide professional references.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and provide COVID-19 test results prior to start.
• Clinical experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior SNF experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare.
