Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Full-time, night shifts (3 - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to medical emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio nursing license or a Compact State license.
- Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Must have worked in a hospital setting prior to travel assignments.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- EPIC or similar electronic medical records experience is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
