- Full-time, Day shifts, long-term care/skilled nursing facility
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with CHF, dementia, ostomy, and other chronic conditions
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (PCC system)
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning
- Support patient comfort and safety during your shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- IV-C certification required
- Experience working with chronic conditions such as CHF, dementia, or diabetes preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (PCC)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to handle multiple patients with varied needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Notes
- Local rates apply within 80 miles or when using GSS housing (-$8.00 to bill rates)
- No charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities
- No on-call or callback pay available
- Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a $500 fee
- Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday shifts
- Shifts available in 8- or 12-hour formats
- Orientation available for North and South locations
