Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and scrub all electrophysiology (EP) procedures, including complex ablations, AF, VT, SVT, and CRT implants.
• Set up advanced equipment such as Carto, ESI, and Cryo for EP cases.
• Perform calculations, electrogram measurements, and run stim protocols independently in the EP lab.
• Support the team by prepping and managing procedures efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow during back-to-back cases.
• Maintain accuracy in all procedural preparations and measurements, contributing to successful patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure or registration in the state of Florida (excluding CVT).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS/ACLS certification for registered nurses.
• Credentials such as RCIS, RCES, or ARRT radiologic technologist certification for CVs; CVT candidates must hold an associate degree or higher.
• Experience with EP procedure setup, scrubbing, and independently performing complete EP studies a must.
• Proficiency in setting up Carto, ESI, and Cryo systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with stim protocols, electrogram analysis, and ablation procedures.
• Ability to scrub all types of EP procedures beyond implant/device cases, including Watchman, Amulet, Ablation, and pacing cases.
• Comfortable with a three-day orientation period before working independently.
