Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to clients of various ages.
- Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy techniques to improve or restore functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare teams as needed.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and facility protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Montana.
- Relevant clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of medical documentation software.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
