Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Day shift, 16-32 week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Float to different units as needed, including dementia care units
- Work every other weekend and participate in holiday coverage (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
- Adhere to facility protocols and document patient care accurately
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including providing BLS certification and maintaining current licensure
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification through AHA
- Ability to float and work across multiple units, including dementia care populations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility experience
- Comfort working with dementia patients
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Additional Information
- Travel rate options available based on location distance: $75 for 51-100 miles, $70 for 50 miles or less, and $65 for local travel within 50 miles
- Assignment duration: 16 to 32 weeks
- No block schedules; flexible work hours within the schedule
- Bi-weekly orientations, next scheduled for 10/27
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained in application
- Complete all work history details, including bed count, EMR systems, and facility type, for submission
- Reliable transportation is required; personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires recommended for travel during winter months
- Clear communication regarding preplanned time off is essential; requests for time off cannot be accommodated once the assignment starts
