Job Title

• Surgical Technician - OR (Travel CST)

• Full-time, travel assignment, dayshift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties, including Gen, Gyn, Ortho, Urology, Robotics, Spine, and GI Lab.
• Prepare and position patients, and assist surgeons as needed.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Document procedures accurately within Meditech system.
• Work independently with minimum supervision, managing call requirements including two weekend shifts per month.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and Texas state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, preferably with robotic surgeries, Orthopedic, Spine, and Endoscopy procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle call shifts.
• Current BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic systems (Xi and Si).
• Familiarity with Meditech system.
• Knowledge of advanced OR procedures such as orthopedics, spine, and robotics.
• Ability to prep and position patients efficiently.
