Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, shifts vary (including night shift and mid shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Collaborate with medical team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Float to different units as needed to support hospital staffing and patient care demands
- Adhere to hospital protocols and establish emergency procedures
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or equivalent training
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ENPC certification
- Ability to float to different units if required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations
