- Travel, Full-time, Nights shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to adult medical/surgical and telemetry patients in an acute hospital setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to arrhythmias
- Administer medications and IV therapy following physician orders
- Perform standard nursing procedures such as peripheral IV starts and dressing changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care and observations accurately within the EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years recent medical/surgical nursing experience
- Telemetry certification or experience in cardiac monitoring preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Charge nurse experience
- Experience working on medical/surgical units or in an acute care setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist peers
