Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Work effectively during rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Hawaii RN license prior to contract start date.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or chronic care populations.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- BLS or CPR certification preferred.
