Tech Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer
Job Title
- Echocardiology Tech (Ultrasound/Sonographer)

- Davie, FL
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiography procedures, including TEE and general Echo imaging on pediatric, NICU, and adult patients
- Operate GE Vivid E90 and E95 ultrasound equipment following department protocols
- Document examinations accurately in Meditech system
- Take call every other week, including overnight shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
- Adapt quickly to unit routines and equipment, working independently when needed
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ARMS or CCI (RCS) certification
- Previous experience with echocardiography, including pediatric/NICU procedures
- Ability to operate GE Vivid ultrasound systems
- Excellent independent working skills and adaptability
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or flexible staffing experience
- Comfort working in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of pediatric/ECHO procedures and patient care
