Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts, rotating schedule including evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic Operating Room setting on a rotating schedule (8, 10, and 12-hour shifts).
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing procedures as needed to support surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing EPIC electronic health records system.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Proven circulating and scrubbing experience in the operating room.
• EPIC electronic health records experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Specialized experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedics, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, robotics (Da Vinci), or oncology.
• Experience working with diverse surgical specialties and complex cases.
