Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Flexibility to work weekends and potentially float between mother-baby units as needed.
- Support precepting duties and serve as a strong caregiver during the PM shift.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize Epic electronic health records for charting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in California.
- 3+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, and FHM.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Precepting skills and experience.
- Experience working in acute care hospital settings.
- Comfort with floating to mother-baby units.
