Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the operating room, including scrubbing and circulating surgical cases.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR personnel to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist with case scheduling, supply management, and updating physician preference cards.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and ensure timely case flow.
- Supervise and support OR staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin RN license or multi-state RN license attached to application.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association attached to submission.
- Minimum of 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience with general surgery, robotic surgeries (including Da Vinci), orthopedic procedures, trauma, and neuro cases.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with robotic knee replacements.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Previous experience in a community hospital setting (preferred but not required).
