Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room.
• Assist with patient preparation, anesthesia, and intraoperative support.
• Ensure sterile techniques and maintain a safe surgical environment.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekend and weekday call shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• 1+ year of operating room nursing experience.
• Experience with neuro or orthopedic procedures (Level 1 or 2).
• Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts and participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume surgical setting.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and emergency situations.
