Key Responsibilities
• Provide surgical support as a Certified Scrub Tech, including circulating, scrub, and float duties across various surgical specialties.
• Assist in the operating room for procedures in trauma, orthopedics, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro.
• Cover rotating shifts with flexibility for weekends, call, and holiday work, including work on 2 out of 4 major holidays.
• Ensure all surgical procedures follow safety protocols and maintain sterile environment standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to support surgeons during complex surgeries.
• Participate in bi-weekly orientations and comply with all hospital protocols and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Certified Surgical Technologist credential (NBSTSA) required; CNOR preferred.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience, including recent trauma level 1 experience within the past year.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of a broad range of surgical procedures including ortho, robotics, neuro, ENT, plastics, and general surgery.
• Must be able to work 16-32 weeks with flexibility for shift changes, call, and holiday coverage.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a trauma level 1 facility within the last year.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment with diverse case types.
• Reliable transportation and readiness for travel including familiarity with required safety and vehicle preparedness during winter months.
