Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room setting.
• Assist surgeons and medical staff during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies.
• Document patient information and surgical outcomes accurately.
• Comply with all safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS or PEARS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with surgical or operating room experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a surgical or OR setting.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterilization processes.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
