Key Responsibilities
- Perform and support procedures within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) suite.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sterile field during interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care.
- Operate specialized imaging and diagnostic equipment related to cardiac procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and assist with anesthesia as needed during procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols specific to cardiology procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
- Certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Technician (RCVT) preferred.
- Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications.
- RCVT or RCIS certification preferred.
- Ability to float within scope across multiple hospital locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a short-term acute care facility or Level Trauma center.
- Knowledge of EP procedures and equipment.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
