Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to perform imaging procedures for various body parts, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal regions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Follow established protocols for contrast usage and imaging techniques such as diffusion, gradient echo, perfusion, spectroscopy, and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality imaging results in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and community hospital settings.
• Work independently during the third shift, with occasional support from operations assistant.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Proven proficiency with Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier MRI systems.
• Valid ARRT(R) or ARRT(MR) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), specifically EPIC and Visage platforms.
• Ability to perform MRI procedures across a range of patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Traveler experience; first-time travelers accepted.
• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings.
• Comfort working independently on night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.
