Key Responsibilities
• Safely and sterilely set up and handle all surgical instrumentation during scheduled and emergency procedures.
• Gather and organize all necessary instrumentation and supplies as noted on surgeons' pick sheets.
• Support surgical staff by adhering to procedures with attention to confidentiality and quality standards.
• Accept pressure assignments, clerical tasks, and other duties related to the surgical department.
• Communicate effectively with department personnel, hospital staff, medical professionals, and vendors.

Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician program.
• Current Operating Room Technician (ORT) certification.
• Proven OR experience is essential.
• BCLS certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform well under pressure.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working with surgical instrumentation in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
