Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and treatments for patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function resulting from injury, disease, or other causes
• Utilize established clinical parameters and the Colorado State Practice Act to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment approaches accordingly to restore function and alleviate discomfort
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and rehabilitation strategies to promote long-term health
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EHR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Valid or eligible Colorado State license for Physical Therapy
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy is advantageous, though new graduates meeting business needs will be considered
• Strong knowledge of the Colorado State Practice Act and best practices in physical therapy
