Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Night shift, full-time, 3 — 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio nursing license or active license in a compact state.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, full-time experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Able to work night shifts and adhere to scheduled shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital environment with adult patients.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with hospital electronic health record systems.
