Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, full-time, contract, 26-week assignments available

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency care to a high-acuity patient population in a Level 1 trauma center
• Manage a diverse mix of patients, including behavioral health, boarding, critically ill, and ICU-level cases
• Assess, prioritize, and respond to patients' urgent needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards during patient care
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient treatment

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ED or ICU experience post-orientation
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• Demonstrated strong critical care skills and ability to manage complex, unstable patients

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in large, high-acuity emergency departments or trauma centers
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and unit demands
• Prior on-call experience is a plus
