- Full-time, night shifts, 13-week assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients recovering from surgery in the PACU setting.
- Assess patient condition, administer medications, and ensure safe recovery transition stages.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and document all activities accurately.
- Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and recovery standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding recovery progress and care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PACU or similar recovery specialty.
- Current BLS certification.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an extended recovery or outpatient surgical setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.

Notes
Candidates must be willing to work major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and minor holidays (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).
No local candidates outside a 50-mile radius will be considered.
