Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a busy, level 2 trauma center with high acuity patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and patient needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or trauma nursing.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a high-volume, Level 2 trauma center.
• Ability to manage a patient load with a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
