Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients according to physician orders and departmental policies
• Assess patient condition, deliver treatments, and monitor responses
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and modify care plans
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a respiratory therapy specialty
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NBRC Respiratory Therapy (RRT) certification
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
